It’s the season for bold bright and warm colors in varying shades, cuts , styles, prints, patterns and silhouettes..Yasss spring/summer! Celebs,It-bloggers, influencers and style icons have been seen rocking the tailored pink two-piece suit and to be honest it’s a number to die for!
I got inspired and wanted to try this statement fashion and been on it since February but low on bugdet for clothing at the moment so I gave up trying😄. Fast forward to the past weekend amidst my spring closet cleaning exercise I stumbled upon this oldie-goodie bright pink skirt suit and thought hold on a minute I can actually rock this trend!🙌🏻😄 and here we are!
I decided to style the two-piece a number of ways, one of which is for work and business meeting. I wore the piece with a sorbet/pastel yellow silk blouse with exaggerated bows. I find the two colors very complimenting of each other and spring-sweet. For a business meeting I opted for a monochromatic look by accessorizing with a pastel yellow purse, rendering that simple consistent and classy style.
For everyday office look I accessorized with a black belt and bag with simple gold detailing to break the color scheme. The Black accessories makes the look less overwhelming and more work friendly and appropriate. I finished off the look with simple pearl studs, pink heels and favorite sunnies😉
Do you see yourself styling this bold hue for spring/summer? I will be posting the second version of this look in another post as I am trying to not overwhelme you with too much in one post.
